Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned goods must be unused and in the original condition shipped to you. All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@boneinlayfurnitures.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We make a quality inspection of all orders prior to shipping them to you. If the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify is within 24 hours of receipt of your items by email: info@boneinlayfurnitures.com , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We also request that you provide digital photographs of the damage or faulty item. Once we have received your request we will we will make arrangements for the item to be picked up and a replacement item delivered to you at our cost. You will incur no additional costs. If a replacement item is not available we will refund you 100% of the purchase price and shipping costs.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way.

Note: Customized Or Personalized order will not get full refund after 3 days of the order.

 

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Return/exchange of the order should be done within 5 Days of delivery.
  • Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. The return request must be initiated within 5 Days of the receipt of product & Products must be returned within two weeks.
  • Please write to us at info@boneinlayfurnitures.com and state the reason of your return in the email.
  • All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the order received is defective).
